Thieves and Bandits
Ah my favorite! I love this! Thieves are the hypocrites; bandits are they who acknowledge they're sinners.
The bandit sins outwardly, he is the one Christ came for; He comes for they who know they are sinners.
They who think they are righteous, they are the hypocrites; there is none that does right.
They are inwardly defiled and outwardly clean; they appear as just men before the people, yet inwardly are corrupt.
They are clean in their own eyes, but God looks at the heart.
Jesus rebuked the hypocrites sharply, He takes no pleasure in deceit.
Evil is evil, but it is better to be a bandit than a thief!
A thief only feels shame when he gets caught; a bandit wears his shame on the face and he primed for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Thieves have no need for forgiveness since they are pure in their own eyes.
