The Place of Meeting: Tabernacle
The inner sancturary is where God abides.
We are the temple of the living God: our body are temples.
And all the members of the church are collectively the temple of God.
God's temple is holy; whoever destroys God's temple, He will destroy.
The law is written on the believer's heart;
and the tablets of the covenant were in the ark of the covenant in the inner sancturary.
The ark represents our innermost being, our heart.
These bodies of ours are temporary; our tent will be taken down.
Our tabernacle is only for a short time, but we look forward to a temple with its foundation on the rock, our new spiritual bodies.
