The Children of the Day

The Lord will come as thief to those in the night; but Lord and Savior, bringing salvation, to those who are of the day, to those who are watching in prayer for His coming, and standing against the wiles of the enemy of darkness. Stand firm against him! Watch in prayer as a watchman on the wall with the eyes of your head - watch. Take diligent care of your heart, for from it flow the issues of life - yes, every defiling thing comes from the heart! Make sure your light is truly light; "If the light in you is darkness, how great the darkness!" Remain in the light, as children of the day, making confession of your sins and affirming the Lord sees and knows everything - nothing is hidden from His sight.
