Tester of Metals

It is a blessing to be rebuked; the wise listen to correction, but a mocker pays no attention. If we cannot withstand the judgment of the wise, how can we withstand the All Mighty Judge when we stand before Him? This is God's grace for us, that we should repent and do as the prophet Jeremiah says and all the other prophets. They came to test the quality of men: they do so, so that we wouldn't be ultimately judged in the end with everlasting fire. It's is better to be tested now and survive, than to be tested then and be burned up. For everything will pass through the fire, if it withstands we will receive a reward; and if it is burnt up, we will suffer loss.
