The Father and the Son and the Church

As the Father relates to the Son, the Son relates to His Church. The Son is the Mediater between us and God; He obeyed God perfectly. What the Father commanded the Son, so the Son commands us. There is one who plans and another who executes, even as it is in football: the coaches make the game plan and the players execute. Likewise, the Father's good plan was to send the Son into the world and so, the Son sends His disciples out to be a light into the world. He is our Mind and He gives us His mind through the Spirit, so that we may know the will of the Father. What the Father promises the Son, the Son promises the Church.
