Fallen Man:
“Many a man proclaims his own loyalty, But who can find a trustworthy man” (Proverbs 20:6)
“Who can say, “I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin”? (Proverbs 20:9)
“If He puts no trust in His servants, If He charges His angels with error, How much more those who dwell in houses of clay, Whose foundation is in the dust, Who are crushed before a moth?” (Job 4:18,19)
Double:
“But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do” (James 1:6-8)
“They speak idly everyone with his neighbor; With flattering lips and a double heart they speak.” (Psalms 12:2)
“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:8)
“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” (Matthew 6:24)

“For this you know, that no fornicator, impure person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.” (Ephesians 5:5)

“For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice.” (Romans 7:19)
Results:
“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like.” (James 1:22)
“But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” (Matthew 7:26,27)
All:
“The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is single, your whole body will be full of light” (Matthew 6:22)

“And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit.” (Ephesians 5:18)
Purity:
“Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.” (Matthew 5:8)
Example:
“Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” (Acts 2:44-47)
"So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple.” (Luke 14:33)
