Slaves to Sin or Sons to Righteousness

Jews are born of God by faith and Gentiles through faith. This distinction is made for a reason. Sons are those who are born of the Father; a slave is one who is not born of Him, but is put to forced labor. These who are slaves think they must work for God's approval; with this mindset, there is always sin. We cannot always do what we're supposed to. A son is one through grace by faith. Just as we have obtained our natural birth by not doing, so it is with our spiritual birth. We are made sons of God by faith in the son of God: Jesus Christ.
